Thank you for shopping at WornMark.

We gladly accept returns within 28 calendar days from the date your package is delivered. To qualify for return:

  • The t-shirt must remain unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, tears, and all original packaging intact.
  • All custom graphic printed tees are non-refundable unless the product arrives defective, misprinted or wrong size shipped by our error.

Return Procedure

  1. You must send an email to our support team to get a return authorization number before sending back items. Returns sent without authorization will be rejected.
  2. Buyer covers return shipping cost, except for our manufacturing or shipping mistakes.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–12 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance / discounted tees
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper washing, cutting or wear
  • Orders marked delivered by carrier and claimed lost after 10 days of delivery
